Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available for non-wholesale orders to be delivered in North America through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Expedited shipping options, and shipping options with non-USPS carriers are available for an additional fee at checkout. Rates for expedited and non-USPS carriers are calculated based on shipping address and desired delivery time.

The Expedited shipping options are available for all purchases for an additional fee.  Although Luosh USA offers free shipping options for your order, there are times that you may wish to consider expedited shipping.  

We offer expedited shipping primarily via UPS, Federal Express (FedEx), and DHL.  UPS Ground and FedEx Ground shipping options allow selection of 2-4 day shipping for an additional fee that depends on order shipping weight.  Overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.  Overnight or "next day" shipping is available through UPS and FedEx.  To determine your expedited shipping price, select an "Expedited Shipping" option at checkout to evaluate the price and delivery time to determine whether this option is right for you.

At in some circumstances you may find Expedited Shipping to be preferable over standard (free) shipping when time is of the essence for your order.  In other cases, expedited shipping using UPS is preferable due to the increased reliability of delivery as compared with the U.S. Postal Service, which may be used when free shipping is selected.

Shipping Times

We normally ship all orders within 48 hours of the confirmed purchase.  In some circumstances, such as higher-than usual demand, we may request up to 5 business days to ship your items.  If you have special circumstances that require expedited order processing, please contact us at orders@luoshusa.com and request expedited processing.  In most cases, we can expedite your order without additional charges, and are happy to do so.

Shipping Times For Expedited Shipping

All orders placed with the Expedited Shipping option are shipped on the same or next business day.  For orders placed with Overnight or "next day" shipping selected, we will endeavor to ship the order on the same business day, but will ship no later than the next business day.
